Provides a detailed report for a sole or joint named potential mortgage, up to 2 scenarios. For example, one scenario for a £X per month maintenance, and another for £Y per month maintenance.
Additional scenarios:
If there are more than 2 scenarios, our report can be expanded to include others. For example, different expenditure scenarios or different mortgage term assessments.
Zero Capacity report:
If it clear that you are unable to get a mortgage based on your financial circumstances, and simply need verification of this, we can provide a ‘zero capacity’ report. As this requires less research, this report can be provided at a lower cost.
